Main take-away: Who our top 5 competitors are and what we can do to overcome them during Sales opportunities.
• Five-minute introductory presentation from me (why are we doing this/what do we want to learn)
• Then 5 teams with a maximum of 5 people in each rotate around 5 different A1 ‘kill sheet’ templates and add information they find out/already know to the sheet. (30 mins)
• We then have a 10-minute wrap-up discussion where we talk about what we found out and how we can use this information to our advantage.
