Main take-away: A better guide to service excellence: how to work more efficient between different departments in our own organization.
Practice what you preach. As service management experts we stand for service excellence. This also means for our own customers. About 1,5 years ago we started a pilot for account managers in TOPhelp within our Healthcare sector. The aim was to improve alignment between different disciplines, but also to help our customers more efficient. We made some great steps. Nowadays also Healthcare consultants are working in TOPhelp. Next to this almost all sectors in NL our working in TOPhelp and our Belgium branch, just started. During this sessions we would love to share our lessons learned.
