The Performance Guild: how to make our software fast
Main take-away: why our users sometimes experience slowness when working in TOPdesk, and what we do about it
The Support department receives a lot of calls from users reporting that our software is slow. These incidents occur more often now than they did a few years ago. In this session we will show how the technical departments (Support, Operations and Development) collaborate to solve performance issues. We will also introduce the Performance Guild and explain how we plan to improve the way we handle performance at TOPdesk. We would like to get feedback and start communicating more with colleagues from other departments.
