Main take-away: The Maturity Model itself, on how to use it and what the SEM model has done so far for us at customers.
With the maturity model we've developed a framework to improve our image and to be a better conversation partner for our customers but also to better align our own organization on what we want to achieve at customers and that is why this model is an important part of the second TOPdesk goal, guides to service excellence. In this session we will explain the model, elaborate on how to use it from different perspectives and share our experiences with the model at customers. We would also like to take the time to gather your feedback on what can be improved.
