Presentation about how having a plan for my A-accounts helped me being a better partner for them. I will tell everything about writing an accountplan and how to use it after you wrote it. Every customer wants to feel special, known and important. I see it as my job to give my A-accounts special attention without having to work every minute of my day for those specific accounts. This session is also about working efficient and goal oriented.
