Main take-away: Our strategic message to the market. This will help me in my day-to-day job and help me to engage better with my customers.
Since software is a commodity nowadays, we need to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Therefore, a mindset shift within TOPdesk is necessary. This session will cover a critical view on our message to the market (and will have impact on everyone within TOPdesk and beyond). We dusted off our 6 word story, looked at multiple good initiatives already taken by colleagues, and plotted them against the golden circle theory. There is still something missing, a higher strategical message of why we are doing the things we do.
