Main take-away: How can we make experimentation and innovation integral parts of our mindset?
Experiments & Innovation are now explicit goals for TOPdesk. But how do we get employees to experiment and innovate? From what I hear around me, many people think that this should be linked to specific roles, functions, or seniority levels. I disagree. I think that experimentation and innovation can only be achieved if they are an integral part of our thinking. From most junior presales employee to most senior developer, we can all identify new opportunities with the right mindset. The size and impact of such innovations will probably grow with experience, and therefore it is important to start early and small. The question is how to achieve this mindset.
