Main take-away: How can both seniors and TOPdesk get more out of the knowledge and experience of seniors?
I feel that at TOPdesk we do not fully utilize the immense potential of our senior employees. We have a clear growth path for juniors, less so for intermediates. By nature of the role/level, seniors don’t have a clearly set expectation or direction. Seniors don’t always see how their knowledge and experience can benefit our company or product, or help less experienced people to grow faster. In this session, the participants explore the possibilities and share experiences of different departments and branches.
